6. To show your faith by your works (James 2: 18).

7. To show your love by your obedience (John 14:2 3).

8. To increase your knowledge (2 Pet. 1: 5)

9. To feed your soul (1 Pet 2:2).

10. To support truth (1 Tim. 3:15).

11. To present your offering (1 Cor. 16:2).

12. To enjoy the fellowship of God's people (1 John 1:7).

13. To show whose side you are backing (Matt. 12:30).

14. To be an example (1 Tim. 4: 12). ❦

Our hearts go out in deepest sympathy to Minnie Lee Stout and her family in the passing of her nephew, Jimmy Austin, this past Wednesday. May God provide His peace and comfort through this trying time.

Team “B” Today
Personal Work Group “B” will meet in the annex today, immediately following the morning worship services. Following the meeting, there will be a light lunch served. All Team “B” members and those who would like to be a part of the group’s work are invited to attend.

Anyone wishing to receive the "Gospel Journal" publication, needs to see Wanda Greene before Feb. 1st. The subscription rate is $16.00 per year.


Today's philosophy seems to be "never do now what you can put off until tomorrow." the great word of the Bible is "now". "Now is the accepted time: behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2) If you ever plan to do anything for the Lord and his church, do it "now".
